The birthstones are basically gemstones that correlate with the birth month. Like, for every month, there is a respective birthstone.

1. Garnet:

Garnet is the birthstone of January. The stone comes in a variety of colours, but the most famous is the Pomegranate Red colour. The formation of stone has been with the combination of metals, which include Aluminium, Iron, and Manganese. When it comes to hardness, the stone ranges from 6.5 to 7.5. This stone helps to increase love and devotion in one’s life.

2. Amethyst:

Aquamarine is the birthstone for March. The stone has a variety of light shades to rich, vibrant shades. It comes in different greenish-blue colour shades to pure bluish colour shades. The high, rich, vibrant colour is the rarest and most valuable. When it comes to hardness, the stone comes in the range of 7.5-8. 4. Diamond: 

Diamond is the birthstone for April. Diamonds are rare and the most precious stones. The diamond represents the foreverness and is the symbol of NEVER-ENDING LOVE. 5. Emerald:

6. Pearl & Alexandrite:

Pearl is the traditional birthstone for June. As Pearl is not a mineral, we use it as a gemstone. It is very rare to find a natural pearl these days. 7. Ruby:

Ruby’s most desirable and most expensive colour is a pigeon Colour ruby, which is described as a dark red with a shade of blue. Ruby is also known to be the king of precious stones. 8. Peridot:

Peridot is the birthstone for August. These birthstones come in yellowish-green to lower dark green. It is one of the affordable green stones. It can be used as an alternative to Emerald Stones. Generally, peridot is used as a jewellery stone. 9. Sapphire:

10. Tourmaline:

Tourmaline is the birthstone for October. These birthstones come in various colours. Some of the colour combinations in the stones are unbelievable. These stones are widely used for jewellery.

11. Topaz:

Topaz is the birthstone for November. These stones can be used as an alternative to the yellow sapphire, as they can be an affordable choice. When it comes to hardness, the stone comes with a range of 8.

12. Turquoise:

The birthstone for the month of December is Turquoise. This stone comes in a bluish-green to greenish colour. Pure bright blue is considered to be the most valuable and preferred.
